The role

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the key nexus between the facilitation of high-performance teams and the strategic coordination of value flow at an organizational level, working in close collaboration with the Agile Office for the launch, structuring, and acceleration of delivery trains under the SAFe framework.

SAFe Train Facilitation and Drive: You will lead the preparation and facilitation of key events at the train level (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt), ensuring strategic alignment and synchronization between multiple teams.
Collaboration with the Agile Office (LACE/COE): You will work hand in hand with governance in the launch of new teams and trains, defining standards, flow metrics, and adapted working models.
Coaching & Mentoring: You will accompany Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams in the adoption of the Lean-Agile mindset, promoting self-management and continuous improvement.
Dependency and Risk Management: You will identify and resolve systemic impediments and inter-team bottlenecks to guarantee predictable and high-quality value deliveries.
Delivery Flow Optimization: You will monitor performance and continuous delivery metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput) to drive operational efficiency.

How you'll work

23 vacation days + December 24th and 31st off.
1 day for professional events and 3 days for personal reconciliation.
Intensive working day on Fridays and in August.
Hybrid modality: two days per week in Las Tablas.
