Senior Java Technical Lead

with solid experience in low-level architecture design, technical leadership, and software product development, capable of driving the technological evolution of complex solutions and ensuring their alignment with architectural standards and business needs.

What you'll do

· Define the low-level architecture of complex software products, ensuring their scalability, maintainability, and evolution.

· Design end-to-end solutions based on distributed and event-driven architectures.

· Define and oversee the governance, orchestration, ingestion, normalization, correlation, persistence, and consumption mechanisms for events.

· Technically lead development teams, providing support, guidelines, and guidance in technical decision-making.

· Coordinate technical implementation together with the Product Owner, Delivery Manager, and other involved teams.

Main requirements

· More than 5 years of experience in software development with Java.

· Demonstrable experience as a Technical Lead, Software Architect, or Product Architect.

· Experience in analysis and design of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

· Knowledge and experience with messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka, NATS, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ.

· Experience with integration and orchestration platforms such as Kafka Connect or Apache Camel.

· Solid knowledge of architecture patterns, API design, and microservices.

· Experience managing Git repositories, branching strategies, version control, and code reviews.

· Experience working with agile methodologies, especially Scrum.

· Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex technical initiatives.
