Junior Apprentice - Prototyping Workshop

We are currently looking for a Junior Apprentice for the Prototyping Workshop to join the Research and Development (R&D) team at our headquarters in Sils.

The selected person will support the team in the manufacturing, adaptation, and validation of furniture and decoration prototypes, participating in different areas of the workshop such as metalwork, carpentry, upholstery, and garment making. Additionally, they will collaborate cross-functionally with different teams, acquiring technical knowledge and practical experience in product development.

• Provide support in the manufacturing, modification, and validation of furniture and decoration prototypes.
• Collaborate on carpentry, metalwork, upholstery, and garment making tasks under the supervision of the technical team.
• Participate in the interpretation of technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing instructions.
• Collaborate with the Design, Product, Engineering, and Quality teams during the different development phases.
• Support project management and monitoring through internal tools.
• Participate in the reception, organization, and control of materials, samples, and inventory.
• Collaborate in the assembly of samples, showrooms, and internal shootings.
• Contribute to the basic maintenance of tools, equipment, and workspaces, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• No previous experience is required; training or interest in carpentry, locksmithing, upholstery, garment making, or related disciplines will be valued.
• Motivation to learn manufacturing processes and product development in the furniture and decoration sector.
• Interest in the use of hand tools and workshop machinery.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work in a team, and eagerness to learn.
• Organized, responsible person with attention to detail.
• Basic IT knowledge. Familiarity with tools such as Navision, Jira, or Qarma will be valued.
• Availability to work on-site at our headquarters in Sils.
