We are looking for an Ecommerce Specialist with a proactive and analytical profile to join our international digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our international Shopify stores, developed in collaboration with local partners, driving the opening of new markets, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality shopping experience across all our ecommerce channels.
You will work in close collaboration with the Marketing, Product, Design, CRM, B2B, and Partners teams to coordinate international ecommerce operations, ensure the correct execution of campaigns, optimize store performance, and support the continuous growth of our digital business on a global level.
What you'll do
Manage and optimize Shopify stores, ensuring that products, collections, and content are accurate, attractive, and always up to date.
Administer product catalogs, collections, navigation, filters, and the online merchandising strategy.
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve user experience, conversion rate, merchandising, and overall website performance.
Coordinate campaigns, product launches, and promotions across all markets together with internal teams and local partners.
Create and update landing pages, banners, and promotional content.
Coordinate the launch of new markets, including store setup, go-live, and content localization, in collaboration with external agencies.
Maintain daily communication with partners to support campaign execution, resolve operational issues, and coordinate content updates.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent brand representation and the correct implementation of new initiatives.
Ensure that all improvements, new functionalities, and innovations developed for our own ecommerce are also implemented in the stores managed by our partners.
Provide support in store maintenance, issue resolution, reporting, and documentation.
