Lead the company's labor function, acting as a reference in matters of Labor Law and Labor Relations on both a national and international level.

Lead the relationship and negotiation with the legal representation of the workers.
Manage labor procedures, as well as inspections, conciliations, and actions before public bodies.

Prepare criteria, reports, and recommendations that facilitate strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Degree in Law.
Postgraduate training or specialization in Labor Law and Social Security.
Consolidated experience in Labor Relations positions or as a labor lawyer in a multinational company or specialized firm.
Experience in providing labor advice to the business and management.
Knowledge of labor management and personnel administration
Languages
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of other languages, especially French and/or Italian, will be valued.
