We are looking for a Labor & Payroll Specialist to join our Labor Department at our headquarters in Sils, Girona. The selected candidate will take on the operational and technical management of labor processes in Spain and the international markets where we operate: France, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

The role will play a key part in the daily management of hires, terminations, payroll, labor incidents, employee benefits, HR management tools, and support for managers and employees. Additionally, it will participate in improving and standardizing labor processes and in launching new international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an internal reference on labor matters for Spain and the assigned international markets, coordinating external advisory firms and providers.

  • Ensure compliance with labor and Social Security regulations, as well as analyze the impact of legislative changes.

  • Manage hires, terminations, contractual modifications, personnel files, and labor documentation.

  • Prepare and review payroll, labor taxes, social insurance, benefits, rentals, and other compensation items.

  • Manage medical leaves, time control, work incidents, and disciplinary or termination processes.

  • Coordinate and supervise advisory services, dispatches, and external suppliers, reviewing documentation and providing support in labor audits.

  • Collaborate on the implementation and migration of HR systems and tools, the improvement and standardization of processes, the development of internal procedures, and support for cross-functional People and Booking projects.

Requirements

  • University education in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, or a similar field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in labor management or labor relations, both nationally and internationally.

  • Essential experience with A3Innuva and solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.

  • Knowledge of international hiring and labor models across different jurisdictions.

  • Experience in contracts, highs and lows, payrolls, social security, labor taxes, and medical leaves.

  • Advanced Excel level.

  • English level C1 or higher.

  • Knowledge of Italian, French, and/or German will be especially valued.
