Visual Merchandising Operations Manager (South Zone)

We are looking for a person with a commercial vision, sensitivity to the product and brand image, and a strong leadership capacity. It will be important that you have:  

• At least 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, Operations, or related areas.
• Experience leading large teams.  
• Strategic vision and orientation toward business and results.  
• Analytical, organizational, and decision-making capacity.  
• Excellent communication and transversal teamwork skills.  
• Proactivity, autonomy, and orientation toward continuous improvement.  
• Full availability to travel to stores in the South Zone: Seville, Malaga, Granada, and Levante. 
• Experience in AutoCAD.  
• Proficiency in the Office suite.

We are looking to hire a Visual Merchandising Operations Manager for the southern zone of Spain (Seville, Malaga, Granada, and Levante), a position whose mission will be to guarantee the correct implementation of the Visual Merchandising strategy, collection strategy, brand concept, and commercial strategy in the stores within their area of responsibility.  

You will be a key figure in connecting the company's strategy with the reality of the stores, ensuring a differentiating customer experience, a coherent and homogeneous brand image and, at the same time, the profitability and operational excellence of the stores.  

You will work transversally with the Sales, Marketing, and Management Control teams, leading and developing the South Zone Mass Visual Merchandising team. 

• Participate in the definition of the strategies and contents of the main campaigns and commercial moments of the year.  
• Define and lead the annual Visual Merchandising roadmap for the South Zone, establishing priorities, objectives, and support plans for the stores.  
• Define and lead the annual Visual Merchandising roadmap for the zone's mass visual team, establishing priorities, objectives, and support plans.  
• Work jointly with the Product and Sales teams to ensure product availability, selection, and display based on commercial needs.  
• Adapt the merchandising and collection strategy to the needs of the market and the stores in the South Zone.  
• Analyze seasonality, the main sales periods, and the needs of the stores in the south zone to anticipate actions that contribute to improving commercial performance.  
• Perform periodic store visits to monitor implementation, detect opportunities, support teams, and share best practices.  
• Analyze the results and the main business indicators of the stores to identify opportunities and define proactive or reactive actions.  
• Identify opportunities for improvement and simplify and standardize Visual Merchandising processes, seeking to increase service quality and operational efficiency.  
• Supervise and monitor the creation and evolution of store floor plans, guaranteeing the correct layout, providing commercial and Visual Merchandising vision to guarantee both business objectives and the correct application of the brand concept.  
• Accompany new opening projects, renovations, and relooks, ensuring excellence in Visual Merchandising implementation.  
• Lead, support, and develop the South Zone Regional Visual Merchandising team, ensuring their motivation, commitment, and professional evolution.  

• Participate in/lead transversal internal projects (local or international) as required.
• Represent Kiabi in those events/media where the presence of a company ambassador is required.
