The main responsibilities of the Assistant Store Manager position, alongside the Store Leader, are:

• Co-construct and implement the actions listed in the store's Roadmap, accompanying the team in its execution.
• Ensure the application of sales policies in stores, in line with the Kiabi Vision.
• Guarantee and optimize the fashion image of Kiabi in the store.
• Train, motivate, and communicate with the team about the basics and updates of merchandising and visual identity in the store, gathering and preparing the necessary information.
• Analyze the impact of the Visual Merch actions implemented in the store, proposing cross-functional action plans, with the aim of improving KPIs and business profitability.
• Motivate the cross-channel WOW shopping experience.
• Conduct, along with the Store Leader, the analysis of store results, with the aim of proposing proactive/reactive measures and/or actions.
• Ensure the measures, standards, and procedures for safety derived from the Risk Prevention Plan and those defined by the company, promoting health and well-being at work.
• Perform store openings and closings, equitably with the rest of the permanent team, within the framework defined by the company and respecting the procedures (schedules, presence, fund management, truck reception, safety of people and goods, etc.).
• Train, motivate, and support the team functionally throughout their journey as an employee (onboarding, development actions), ensuring a WOW experience, with the aim of guaranteeing their good performance and the development of their talent in the company.
• Coordinate and support the team on a daily basis.
• Ensure the correct administrative management of collaborators and strict compliance with legal standards (hiring, vacations, schedules, absences).

• Contract for temporary replacement, 30 hours per week, with immediate start.
