What you'll do

Design and implement the Kids&Us method audit system, defining criteria, processes, and monitoring indicators.
Design, develop, and ensure compliance with the Trinity quality system throughout the entire network.
Analyze audit and evaluation results to identify deviations from the ideal model.
Detect opportunities for improvement and define action plans oriented towards operational excellence.
Ensure the global consistency of the Kids&Us experience, guaranteeing the correct application of quality standards.
Design and lead satisfaction and experience studies aimed at different stakeholders.
Analyze insights and convert them into actionable improvement initiatives and plans.
