We are looking for an Industrial Project Manager to join one of our teams in Manresa. Reporting to the Operations Department, the Industrial Project Manager will be responsible for leading Lean improvement initiatives and driving cultural change related to the Lean philosophy across all company processes.

What you'll do

Managing industrial projects related to machinery and production processes.
Coordinating the implementation of technical improvements in equipment and facilities.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in engineering, production, and quality.
Analyzing existing processes and identifying optimization opportunities.
Participating in development, modification, and improvement projects for industrial machinery.
Monitoring project timelines, costs, and status.
Coordinating suppliers and internal and external stakeholders.
Providing support to different plants internationally.
Participating in regular meetings with global teams.
Traveling occasionally for project monitoring and implementation.

You will receive technical support and internal training in continuous improvement methodologies and Lean Manufacturing.
