What we're looking for
+6 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst.
+3 years developing models and dashboards in Tableau (essential).
Demonstrated experience in commercial Pharma: omnichannel, sales, forecasting, finance (must).
Solid management of business and technical stakeholders.
Experience in agile environments (Scrum is a plus).

At knowmad mood we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in data analytics and a deep understanding of the commercial Pharma sector (omnichannel, sales, and finance). You will join a multinational project where you will collaborate with global teams, technical profiles, and business profiles, contributing to decision-making through consistent data, advanced visualizations, and high-level analysis.
You will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable analytical solutions, ensuring data quality, reporting consistency, and alignment with the client's strategic objectives.
What you'll do
Analyze business needs and transform them into clear functional and technical requirements.
Design, develop, and optimize advanced dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, depending on the assigned role.
Ensure data consistency, traceability, and governance throughout the analytical cycle.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams (data, IT, product).
Participate in reporting initiatives, ad-hoc analysis, KPIs, and commercial performance models.
Provide critical vision to improve processes, identify opportunities, and standardize analytical practices.
Participate, when necessary, in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
