What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in:

Demonstrable experience in implementation and evolution projects of ServiceNow.
Functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Experience in the management of CMDB, technological inventories, or corporate application repositories.
Knowledge of Configuration Management, data governance, and application lifecycle management.
Experience in the coordination of technical and functional teams.
Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes.
Ability to define information models, governance processes, and integrations between systems.

The role

We are looking for a person to lead the implementation and evolution of ServiceNow within the IT Service Management (ITSM) scope, combining functional vision, coordination capacity, and technical knowledge of the platform. They will play a key role in defining the governance model for the corporate application repository, ensuring the quality, traceability, and maintenance of the information that supports IT services.

What you'll do

Lead the implementation of ServiceNow, coordinating analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing, and production deployment activities.
Define, implement, and evolve ITSM processes, ensuring their alignment with ITIL best practices.
Lead the definition and governance of the corporate application repository.
Design and maintain the data model, including attributes, relationships, and information update and validation mechanisms.
Manage the application lifecycle and its relationship with IT services and configuration items.
Guarantee the quality, consistency, and traceability of the data recorded in the platform.
Coordinate integrations between ServiceNow and the different corporate tools and IT information sources.
Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture, Development, Operations teams, and application owners.
Define monitoring indicators, supervise their evolution, and promote the continuous improvement of the implemented processes.
Coordinate technical and functional teams involved in the management and evolution of the platform.
