Requirements

What we're looking for

C1 level English, both spoken and written.
Solid experience in AWS Cloud, especially with: S3, IAM, AWS Glue, Lake Formation, Athena, CloudWatch / CloudTrail, Lambda, EventBridge
Good knowledge of Python and SQL.
Experience with Snowflake and Airflow / AWS MWAA.
Knowledge of Data Lake technologies such as Apache Iceberg and Apache Hudi.
Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, APIs, and CI/CD.
Analytical capacity for end-to-end incident resolution in production environments.

The role

What you'll do

Provide level 2 (L2) technical support for data platform services.
Investigate incidents related to AWS, Snowflake, Airflow, DataHub, and EDGC.
Resolve problems linked to permissions, data access, pipelines, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
Analyze logs, monitoring metrics, and configurations to identify root causes.
Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Product, and L3 support teams in the resolution of complex or recurring incidents.
Participate in documentation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
