• More than 5 years of experience in Identity Governance, IAM, or Access Governance.

• Experience defining controls, metrics, and KPIs.

• Knowledge of risk management and compliance related to identities and access.

• Experience in process design and improvement.

• Analytical capacity and problem-solving orientation.

• Communication and coordination skills with different stakeholders.

• Knowledge of IAM and Identity Governance frameworks.

• Experience in access reviews and JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes.

• Experience in control automation.

• Knowledge of tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.

We are looking for a Senior Identity Governance Consultant to join a stable, long-term project focused on strengthening the control, monitoring, and evolution model of identity and access management within a complex corporate environment.

You will be responsible for defining, driving, and evolving the controls, metrics, and processes necessary to guarantee a solid Identity Governance model, identifying risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.

• Define and maintain Identity Governance controls and KPIs.

• Analyze risks and deviations in IAM processes.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

• Drive and monitor corrective actions.

• Develop metrics and indicators for maturity and compliance.

• Coordinate initiatives with technical teams and business areas.

• Participate in the evolution of the identity governance model.
