Fullstack Architect (Java/React)

• + 5 years of experience in fullstack development (Java & React)

• Hands-on experience building digital applications and products, with the ability to work across different layers of the solution: frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure integration.

• Ability to participate in the technical design of solutions, evaluate different alternatives, and understand their main implications in terms of scalability, maintainability, performance, and cost.

• Good proficiency with programming assistants and AI tools applied to the development lifecycle.

• Ability to understand the product context, user needs, and business objectives, collaborating with the team in the definition and evolution of solutions.

• Ability to collaborate with other profiles and technical teams, facilitate coordination between different parts of a solution, identify dependencies, and contribute to resolving blockers.

The profile will not have hierarchical responsibility for teams, but it will be valued if they can assume autonomy and act as a technical reference in certain areas.

• Experience participating in the definition of MVPs, prioritization of features, and decision-making—taking into account user experience, operations, costs, and future evolution—will be valued.

Your main role will be to build a product from scratch. You will participate directly in technical decisions and in the development of the core components, working iteratively from an initial version through to its subsequent evolution.

• Build a digital product from scratch and evolve it iteratively.

• Develop fullstack solutions (frontend, backend, data, and integrations).

• Transform business needs into functional technical solutions.

• Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making.

• Evaluate aspects of scalability, performance, maintainability, and costs.

• Perform proofs of concept and validate technical solutions.

• Use generative AI tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and automation.

• Ensure best practices for software quality, security, and maintainability.

• Collaborate in the definition of MVPs and prioritization of features.

• Provide product vision, balancing user needs and business objectives.

• Coordinate with technical teams and identify dependencies and risks.

• Act as a technical reference in certain areas, without hierarchical responsibility over teams.
