We are looking to hire a Mainframe Operator to join a 24x7 systems operation and exploitation service in a highly critical technological environment. We are looking for people with experience in Mainframe and Distributed environments, accustomed to the monitoring, tracking, and control of processes, as well as the management of operational incidents.

What you'll do

Operation, supervision, and control of systems in Mainframe and Distributed environments.
Tracking and monitoring of critical batch processes.
Management, analysis, and escalation of alerts, events, and operational incidents.
Control and tracking of executions, identifying possible impacts and deviations.
Coordination with technical teams for incident resolution and service continuity.
Monitoring and management of workloads using BMC Control-M.
Application of operating procedures and IT service management best practices.
Active participation in the continuous improvement of operation and monitoring processes.

Experience in systems operation and exploitation centers.
Experience working in Mainframe and Distributed Systems environments.
Knowledge and experience in the operation, tracking, and control of batch processes.
Advanced handling of BMC Control-M for monitoring and workload management.

Ability to perform impact analysis, process tracking, and coordination of resolutions.
Knowledge of operating procedures and IT service management.
