We are looking for IT System Operators to join a team responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of critical enterprise platforms and infrastructure, participating in monitoring, incident management, and executing operational procedures in a 24/7 environment.
What will your mission be?
You will be part of the IT Operations team tasked with ensuring system availability and continuity through monitoring, technical support, incident management, and Data Center operations.
Main responsibilities
β Monitoring of critical systems and infrastructure.
β Management and tracking of alerts and incidents.
β Support for IBM i (AS400), AIX, and Open platforms.
β Execution of backup and restoration procedures.
β Management of service requests and technical support.
β Coordination with infrastructure teams and technology providers.
β Operational support in the Data Center.
β Execution of periodic operational and maintenance tasks.
β User and access management.
β Participation in business continuity and disaster recovery procedures (DRP/BCP).
What are we looking for?
