At least 1 year of experience as a UX Researcher:

Education in Design, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, HCI or other related disciplines.
At least 1 year of experience in UX research in digital environments.
Practical knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Experience in research oriented both towards the validation of solutions and the strategic analysis of behaviors, needs, and processes.
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and collaborate with technical and business profiles.
Good communication, analysis, and synthesis skills, with the ability to convey research results clearly and effectively.

The role

We are looking to hire a UX Researcher who will contribute to deeply understanding the behaviors, needs, and processes of users, transforming research into evidence that helps make better design, product, and business decisions.

You will work in collaboration with technical and business profiles, participating in both exploratory research and the evaluation and validation of digital solutions.

What you'll do

Design and execute exploratory and evaluative research, combining qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Conduct interviews, surveys, usability tests, field studies, process analysis, and participatory workshops.
Analyze data and convert research results into clear and actionable insights.
Research behaviors and needs to detect opportunities for improvement in products, services, and experiences.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence that facilitates design, product, and business decision-making.
Participate in the analysis and redesign of processes from a data-driven and evidence-based perspective, seeking to improve both user experience and operational efficiency.
Synthesize and communicate findings in a structured manner, adapting the format and level of detail to different audiences through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
