At knowmad mood we continue to grow and are looking to hire a Senior Scrum Master to participate in a strategic agile transformation project, working with technical and business teams in a collaborative environment oriented towards continuous improvement.
You will be a key piece in driving the agile maturity of the teams, increasing the quality of the delivered product and reducing the Lead Time of delivery through the effective application of Scrum and continuous improvement based on metrics.
Among your responsibilities will be:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure their correct execution.
Drive self-organization and real autonomy within the teams.
Manage impediments and operational dependencies that may affect delivery.
Foster collaboration between technical teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
Promote transparency and empirical control through indicators and metrics.
Guarantee an effective Definition of Ready.
Promote a Definition of Done aligned with quality standards.
Help reduce dependencies on specialist profiles and strengthen team resilience.
Improve workflow and focus on value delivery.
Apply Scrum intentionally as a system of work and continuous improvement.
