Technical Lead – AI Agents & Integration Architecture

At least 7 years of experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead in:

• Design of backend solutions and integration architectures in complex enterprise environments.

• Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years technically leading or designing solutions based on AI agents and LLM (Large Language Models) orchestration layers.

• Extensive knowledge in API design, microservices, integration patterns, and distributed architectures.

• Experience in data integration strategies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and connecting corporate systems with intelligent services.

• Solid knowledge in security, scalability, and deployment of cloud-native platforms.

• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.

• Technical leadership capacity, architectural decision-making, and guidance of development teams.

• Communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, technical stakeholders, and business stakeholders.

• Technical Service Design: Lead the design of APIs and microservices that make up the intelligent agents platform, defining contracts, data models, and communication patterns between components.

• Integration Architecture: Design and supervise integration flows between AI agents, support services, and corporate systems, including the information management and ingestion strategy through RAG architectures.

• Technical Platform Leadership: Make key decisions related to architecture, integration, security, performance, and scalability, acting as the technical reference for the team.

• Supervision and Code Quality: Perform code reviews, establish development standards, and guarantee the quality, maintainability, and technical consistency of the solution.

• Infrastructure and DevOps Integration: Define and supervise the deployment strategy of services in container-based and Kubernetes environments, ensuring their correct integration into CI/CD pipelines.

• Technological Governance and Best Practices: Drive methodologies, architecture patterns, and engineering best practices to guarantee robust, secure, and scalable solutions.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with development, architecture, operations, and business teams to transform strategic needs into innovative technological solutions.

• Agent Platform Evolution: Actively participate in the definition and evolution of the platform architecture, contributing to the adoption of new capabilities related to Generative AI and intelligent agents.
