The role

Are you looking for occasional work that you can balance with your studies, another job, or your daily routine?

At Konecta, we are looking for people to carry out visits as a Mystery Shopper in tobacco sector establishments in Valencia.

The dynamic is simple: you visit the establishment, act as a normal customer, follow some instructions, and then tell us how your experience was.

No previous experience is needed. We will explain everything to you before you start!

What you'll do

- Carry out visits to establishments in the assigned area.

- Act as a customer following the project instructions.

- Observe different aspects of the service received.

- Complete a brief online questionnaire after each visit.

- Make a purchase during the visit following the project instructions. The amount of this purchase will be reimbursed by the company once the contract ends.
