Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Occasional project with the possibility of collaborating on future campaigns.
Contract for 7.5 hours, and the service must be completed within that time.
Salary of €9.54 gross/hour.
Telephone availability bonus of €2.41 gross/hour for being reachable during the working day.
€35 for mileage (up to 90 km).
Paid online training prior to the service.

At Adecco, we are looking for a Field Auditor - Mystery Shopper to carry out in-person visits to various automotive dealerships following a previously planned route.

If you like observing, analyzing customer service experiences, and are looking for an opportunity compatible with other jobs or temporary projects, this offer is for you!

What you'll do

Your job will consist of visiting different dealerships while posing as a potential customer interested in specific vehicle models.

During the visits, you must:

Request information about specific car models.
Evaluate the commercial service received.
Observe and record key aspects of the customer experience.
Maintain telephone availability during the working day so that the responsible auditor can contact you and follow up on the service.
Complete an online survey and report once the visits are finished to evaluate the experience lived.
