What we're looking for
- Minimum experience: ERPs or SAP for warranties, returns, invoicing, logistics
- SAP or ERPs
- Advanced Excel
- Intermediate English

- Previous experience working with SAP or any other ERP in returns management, invoicing, or logistics.
- Availability for in-person training at our facilities.

- Availability to work in person during training at our Alcobendas headquarters and subsequent hybrid format (2 days of teleworking and 3 days in person).

The role
For this reason, we are looking for staff to work as a Back Office Manager (Warranties) in Alcobendas (Madrid) and, we are looking for you!
As soon as the selection process ends, we will provide you with complete training, after which, day by day, you will grow personally and professionally, being an important part of maintaining our position as a leading company in the contact center sector and performing functions such as the administrative management of requests for approval of warranty exception requests.
How you'll work
- Contract: Permanent seasonal
- Working day: Full-time 39h
- 39-hour weekly schedule from Monday to Friday (Schedule: M-Th from 09:30h to 18:30h and F from 11:30h to 18:30h, split shift with 1 hour for lunch).
