What you'll get

Salary: 1,168€ B/M Fixed + Commissions
Immediate start in a stable project; this is not a one-off campaign.
Working day of 30 hours per week.
Fixed salary of 1,168 € gross/month + uncapped commissions, with a guaranteed minimum of 200 € if established objectives are met.
Intensive schedules, rotating weekly from Monday to Saturday.
Possibility to enjoy two free weekends per month depending on performance.
Initial and ongoing training provided by the company.

The role

JOIN OUR TEAM!

At Konecta Field Marketing, we are looking for a Sales Representative to work at our commercial stand located in the Vecindario Shopping Center.

What you'll do

Carry out the first phase of the sales process (lead generation) and ensure the customer accepts a commercial call.

Represent the energy company at the commercial stand, actively and closely capturing the attention of potential customers.
Correctly collect and validate the contact data necessary for management (name, telephone, email, and ID).
Present the energy saving opportunity and guide the customer toward the next step of the sales process: a subsequent telephone call.
