What you'll get

  • Salary: 1,168€ B/M Fixed + Commissions

  • Rotating and Intensive Shifts (30h per week from Monday to Saturday): An intensive workday that will allow you to balance your professional and personal life with continuous schedules.

  • Guaranteed Fixed Salary: €1,168 gross per month for the 30-hour weekly workday.

  • Attractive Commission Plan: You will add a variable incentive for every lead and contract achieved. There is no limit to your commissions.

  • Permanent Contract and Social Security registration from day one.

  • Initial and continuous training provided by the company to ensure your success in the position.

You will represent a leading brand in the energy sector, offering customers savings solutions with close, professional, and transparent service.

What you'll do

  • Active customer acquisition: Proactive interaction with people visiting the stand in large retail stores (Carrefour and Leroy Merlin).

  • Securing the lead: Collecting contact details from interested customers in an effective and friendly manner.

  • Pre-sales: Encouraging customers to receive a call from our contact center, where they will be presented with a detailed and unbeatable commercial proposal.

  • Contract: Permanent seasonal
  • Working Hours: Full-time
