The role

What you'll do

- Functions: Receiving calls for customer retention in an important company in the healthcare sector.
- Mixed training (online modality and some in-person days) from 05/11 to 16/11 from 9:00 to 16:00h (selective and unpaid)
- Start date: 17/11
- 25h or 39h weekly working day
- Working day to choose between morning shift (25h weekly), afternoon shift (25h weekly) or split shift (39h weekly)
- Schedule from Monday to Friday: Morning shift (9:00 to 14:00h), afternoon shift (16:00 to 21:00h) or split shift (10:00 to 14:00h and 16:00 to 20:00h)
- On-site working modality at our headquarters at Calle Llacuna 56, Barcelona (08005)
- Salary according to collective agreement. For 25h workday: 915€ gross/month + incentives / For 39h workday: 1428€ gross/month + incentives
