We are looking for a proactive person who wants to take responsibility and grow together with the project itself.

Your main challenge will be to support your frontend teammates in development, but you will also need to roll up your sleeves and do other things when the situation calls for it.

On a day-to-day basis, this means:

• Collaborating with product managers and other engineers to create the best experience for our clients within our next-generation frontend application.

• Ensuring operational excellence of services/applications.

• Understanding how our business works and how products add value to our clients.

• Learning and sharing experiences about new technologies and trends, and how we can leverage them in current and future products.

• Collaborating and sharing knowledge with other team members.

Soft Skills

• Good technical communication.

• Ability to work with moderate (not constant) supervision.

• Good judgment when asking for help and proposing simple improvements.

• Conversational English to communicate with clients and partners outside Spain.

Technical Skills

• Mastery of modern JavaScript (ECMAScript 2024+) and TypeScript in strict mode.

• Solid experience with React 19+ and its current model: Server Components, Suspense, Actions, and streaming SSR. Experience with meta-frameworks (Next.js App Router, React Router 7 / Remix, Astro) is valued.

• Modern, performance-conscious styling: Tailwind, CSS Modules, or zero-runtime solutions.

• Unit and E2E testing, with Testing Library as the foundation (e.g., Vitest, Playwright; Jest/Cypress are also valid).

• Fluid and critical use of AI-assisted development tools in daily work: agentic assistants, good prompting judgment, and the ability to review, validate, and take ownership of generated code.

• Salary: We will be 100% transparent about the salary range, because we want your semi-senior experience to be compensated taking into account Bilbao salaries.

Tu reto principal será acompañar a tus compañeros de frontend en el desarrollo, pero te tocará remangarte y hacer otras cosas cuando la situación lo requiera.

• Colaborar con gerentes de productos y otros ingenieros para crear la mejor experiencia para sus clientes dentro de nuestra aplicación frontend de próxima generación.

• Asegurar la excelencia operativa de servicios/aplicaciones.

• Comprender cómo funciona nuestro negocio y cómo los productos agregan valor a nuestros clientes.

• Aprender y compartir experiencias sobre nuevas tecnologías y tendencias y cómo podemos aprovecharlas en productos actuales y futuros.

• Colaborar y compartir conocimientos con otros miembros del equipo.

Soft Skills

• Buena comunicación técnica.

• Capacidad de trabajar con supervisión moderada (no constante).

• Buen criterio para pedir ayuda y para proponer mejoras simples.

• Inglés conversacional para comunicarte con los clientes y partners fuera de España.

Technical Skils

• Dominio de JavaScript moderno (ECMAScript 2024+) y TypeScript en modo estricto.

• Experiencia sólida con React 19+ y su modelo actual: Server Components, Suspense, Actions y streaming SSR. Se valora experiencia con meta-frameworks (Next.js App Router, React Router 7 / Remix, Astro).

• Estilado moderno y consciente del rendimiento: Tailwind, CSS Modules o soluciones zero-runtime.

• Testing unitario y E2E, con Testing Library como base (IE: Vitest, Playwright; también válido Jest/Cypress).

• Uso fluido y crítico de herramientas de desarrollo asistido por IA en el día a día: asistentes agénticos, buen criterio de prompting y capacidad para revisar, validar y responsabilizarse del código generado.
