Requirements

What we're looking for

3–6+ years of experience in frontend engineering and/or product design.
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Figma (auto-layout, variants, prototyping).
Experience in creating design systems and reusable components.
Solid knowledge of state management (Zustand, Redux, or similar).
Familiarity with WebSockets/EventSource for real-time data handling.
Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs.
Fluent communication in Spanish or English.
Ownership, speed, and continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have

Experience with TailwindCSS or other modern styling libraries.
Previous experience in startups or SaaS products.
Knowledge of UX Writing and accessibility.
Interest in AI applied to software development.

The role

We are looking for a Frontend UX Engineer (React) with experience in developing complex, fast, and elegant interfaces, capable of transforming ideas into real and scalable products.

You will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our core product, working directly with the founding team and a small group of highly qualified engineers.

What you'll do

Design, prototype, and build modern interfaces using React + TypeScript.
Create and evolve a design system to ensure consistency, speed, and scalability.
Develop data-rich UIs in real time (tables, logs, states, filters, search, and dynamic updates).
Collaborate closely with backend to define efficient API contracts.
Maintain high standards of performance, accessibility, and pragmatic testing.
Write clear and useful UX copy (labels, helper text, toasts, changelogs).
Instrument product analytics and improve based on data and user feedback.
Actively participate in strategic product and architecture decisions.
