About the role

In KPMG Spain's internal People area, we are looking for a Talent Development Manager with a clear strategic orientation, capable of leading key initiatives that drive the growth and evolution of our professionals.

This is a key role in defining and executing the Firm's talent strategy, combining analytical vision, design of high-impact programs, and a strong connection with the business.

What you'll do
