• Between 6 and 9 years of experience in technological environments, with solid experience as a Control-M Administrator.
• English B2.
• Advanced knowledge of Control-M Server, Enterprise Manager, and agents.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of the platform.
• Experience performing migrations, upgrades, patching, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Administration and management of Control-M agents on different platforms.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows systems.
• Experience working with integrations between Control-M and other corporate platforms or applications.
• Ability to manage and resolve critical incidents.

• Experience with AWS.
• Experience in SAP environments.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as BMC Remedy.
• Experience in the definition and monitoring of jobs and process chains.

At Krell Consulting we are looking for a Senior Control-M Administrator with solid experience in the technical administration of the Control-M platform, to join a long-term technological project.

The position will be focused on guaranteeing the availability, stability, performance, and evolution of Control-M, participating in both daily operations and implementation, migration, upgrade, and integration projects.

We are looking for a profile clearly oriented towards Control-M administration, not solely towards the functional planning of jobs or batch processes.

• Administration, operation, and maintenance of the Control-M platform.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Control-M Server, Enterprise Manager (EM), and agents.
• Management of Control-M agents on different platforms and systems.
• Resolution of complex and critical Level 3 incidents.
• Monitoring and optimization of the platform's performance and availability.
• Execution of patching, migrations, upgrades, and version updates.
• Participation in implementation, evolution, and integration projects for Control-M.
• Management of security, connectivity, and communications between the different components.
• Integration with corporate platforms and automation tools.
• Technical support to development and operations teams.
• Supervision of workloads, jobs, and chains from a platform administration perspective.
• Management and tracking of incidents using ticketing tools such as BMC Remedy.
• Monitoring and understanding of ANS/SLA.
• Identification of risks and proposal of technical and operational improvements.
