Contract Logistics Administrative Specialist - Quality Focus

• Higher Degree training;
• Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard; ISO 13485 is considered an important plus;
• Previous experience in administrative tasks, document management, and process monitoring.
• Knowledge of Excel for information control and analysis.
• Experience or familiarity with quality requirements, QSHE standards, internal audits, and support in external audits requested by customers.
• Ability to ensure compliance with processes, standards, and internal training regarding quality.
• Intermediate English level, spoken and written.

  NOTE: It is essential to have a driver's license and a personal vehicle, as the workplace is not accessible via public transport.

You will be responsible for supervising and controlling the quality of the center's logistics operational processes and procedures, guaranteeing compliance with the standards established by KN and the requirements agreed upon with customers. Additionally, you will support the center's preparation for internal and external audits, monitoring corrective actions and verifying their effectiveness.
You will also be responsible for preparing and keeping up to date the Working Instructions of the center under your responsibility, ensuring their correct implementation.

• Verify that all suppliers are authorized and keep their documentation up to date;
• Monitor the staff training plan, including the annual plan;
• Review employee files and internal documentation (minutes, records, etc.);
• Ensure that machinery complies with periodic inspections, maintenance, applicable regulations, and preventive audits;
• Keep maintenance plans, equipment calibration, and the center's information boards up to date;
• Develop and implement work instructions for new operations, guaranteeing their correct approval;
• Manage incidents, non-conformities, complaints, claims, and TIPs.
• Control the cleaning point, waste management, and safety data sheets for dangerous goods;
• Supervise the correct waste management at the center;
• Analyze customer satisfaction surveys and apply corrective actions when appropriate.
