Currently, Kuehne + Nagel is selecting a Road Logistics Customer Care Specialist for its offices located in Irún. Reporting to the Road Traffic Manager, you will manage road freight flows and maintain fluid communication with both customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Management of customer relationships, ensuring fluid communication and quality service.
Responding to inquiries regarding specific rates, shipments, incidents, and services offered by Kuehne + Nagel.
Customer support in the use of the myKN platform and other digital tools of the Company.
Management of new customer onboarding, facilitating their integration and knowledge of our processes and solutions.
Monitoring and tracking of deliveries, ensuring the correct dispatch of goods, compliance with delivery deadlines, and keeping customers informed about the status of their shipments.
