The role
Healthcare Systems Integration Specialists
At Lãberit, we are expanding our Integration team and are looking for several Healthcare Systems Integration Specialists. You will design and develop the interfaces that allow the HIS, departmental systems, and the various actors in a hospital to work as a single ecosystem.
You will join a specialized team participating in large-scale HIS implementation projects. There, interoperability is key to continuity of care. If you are motivated by understanding how clinical information flows, proposing solutions, and seeing them working in real hospitals, we would love to meet you.
What you'll do
What will your mission be?
You will be the technical integration reference in HIS implementation projects. You will participate in the entire interface lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization. You will also act as the interlocutor between hospitals, departmental system providers, and the implementation team.
In your day-to-day, you will be able to:
• Analyze the interconnection needs between the HIS and departmental systems (laboratory, imaging/PACS, pharmacy, pathology, blood bank, electromedicine, etc.).
• Gather and analyze integration requirements with hospitals and providers, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Propose the most suitable integration model and support the design of the solution.
• Develop, test, and deploy channels in Mirth Connect based on HL7 v2 (ADT, ORM/OML, ORU, SIU, DFT…), FHIR, REST APIs, and web services.
• Coordinate integration testing with third parties, go-lives, and subsequent stabilization.
• Monitor interfaces in production, resolve incidents, and propose performance and reliability improvements.
• Document specifications, flows, and configurations, and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
