We are currently looking to incorporate a PLANT QUALITY TECHNICIAN into our facilities in Tres Cantos, Madrid.

What you'll do
- Provide support and assistance from a quality standpoint to production activities in order to unify criteria.
- Perform the reading, review, and understanding of the applicable SOPs to ensure correct execution of activities, complying with GMPs and overseeing and ensuring compliance with the GMPs of the personnel working in their area of influence. Analyze incidents occurred that are susceptible to being a deviation and propose appropriate contingency plans to correct the resulting effects.
- Develop, in collaboration with production, the investigation of the event (deviations, complaints, and OOS) to reach the root cause and assess the need to establish corrective actions to eliminate the root cause (open a CAPA)
- Organize the weekly planning of events to establish and prioritize urgencies.
- Participate in the preparation and review of area documentation for external audits.
- Review of manufacturing and packaging guides
- Document in the corresponding files and follow up on the quality activities being carried out in the area, as well as the training received by personnel, to reflect what, how, and when they have been carried out.
