About Laboratorios Normon

Laboratorios Normon is a Spanish pharmaceutical laboratory and a leader in generic medicines, oral health (bucodental) and hospital products. Its portfolio spans prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines and dental medicines, and its activity is organised into divisions covering generics, hospital products, dental care, self-care and an international line. The company presents quality, innovation and commitment to health as the core of its purpose of improving people's health and wellbeing.

In Spain, the company operates from Madrid, where it recruits for a broad range of roles across pharmaceutical production, laboratory analysis, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, process validation, continuous improvement, maintenance, administration, marketing and pharmacy sales, with field sales delegate positions also based in Barcelona. Recruitment runs through its dedicated careers portal (trabajaconnosotros.normon.com), and current openings — including internships, a 'Nuevos Talentos' programme and disability-inclusive positions — are posted in Spanish, so Spanish-language proficiency is important for most roles.
