What you'll do

Perform the commissioning and startup of installations and industrial equipment. Provide second-level support to ensure the correct maintenance of equipment and installations.

Maintenance/Support:

  • Perform maintenance and second-level support to resolve cases that equipment or installation users are unable to solve.
  • Escalate to third-level support for cases that the second level cannot resolve in order to solve the problem.
  • Ensure the training of equipment and installation users so that they make correct use of them.

Projects:

1. Startup phase: provide support during startup, executing the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) if applicable) and in the activities performed by other areas (e.g., qualifications and/or training) to guarantee that the objectives and timings of the phase are met.

2. Provide documentary support in projects to guarantee that everything is recorded.
