Sales Technician and Account Manager

We are currently looking to incorporate an organized, decisive person with a business vision into our sales department, capable of managing projects, strengthening relationships with our clients, and working in a coordinated manner with the production team to guarantee excellent service.

What will your mission be?

You will be the link between our clients, the sales department, and the production area, ensuring the correct development of contracts and detecting new growth opportunities.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Manage the assigned client portfolio, performing follow-ups on contracts, extensions, modifications, extraordinary services, invoicing, and rectifications.
• Coordinate with the production department the operational needs requested by clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle of received opportunities:
• Initial contact.
• Sales visits and assessment of needs.
• Preparation and presentation of quotes.
• Negotiation and closing of sales.
• Create and keep projects and services updated in our ERP.
• Analyze the profitability and evolution of the assigned portfolio, proposing improvement actions and making decisions regarding extensions, reductions, or termination of services, incorporating resources into the project.
• Identify and acquire new clients in accordance with our commercial strategy.
• Contribute to positioning Las Nieves Limpieza as a benchmark company in professional cleaning services.

• Full-time.
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 (with 1 hour of break) Friday from 08:00 to 14:30
