Delegation Manager

• Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar; specific training in service management or facility management will be valued.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in team and operations management, preferably in the cleaning, facility services, or multi-service sector.
• Knowledge of labor regulations and occupational risk prevention applied to the management of large, multi-center workforces.
• Experience in the economic control of contracts or cost centers (budgets, personnel costs, deviations).
• B driving license and own vehicle for travel between centers in the province.
• Proficiency in Excel and management tools; experience with ERP (GSBase or others) will be valued.
• Leadership capacity, customer orientation, problem-solving, and organization.
• Availability of schedule and for travel throughout the province of Málaga.

• Previous experience as a delegate, service manager, or area manager in cleaning or multi-service companies.
• Training in OHS (basic or intermediate level).
• Knowledge of the business landscape and potential clients in the province of Málaga.
• Residence in Málaga city or province.

Joining a consolidated company, with more than 1,000 workers and in full expansion in Andalusia.

Responsibility position with management autonomy over the delegation.

Salary according to experience provided. Salary range from €23,000 Gross per year + Incentives

You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Málaga delegation: operations, personnel, clients, and economic results. You will guarantee service quality, regulatory compliance, and the profitability of contracts in your territory, acting as the company's representative before clients, workers, and administrations in the province.

• Operational planning and supervision of cleaning services in the centers throughout the province.
• Personnel management: organization of shifts and schedules, hiring, registrations and terminations, absenteeism control, disciplinary procedures, and coordination with HR.
• Supervision of compliance regarding OHS: risk assessments, delivery of PPE, training and information for workers, and coordination of business activities (RD 171/2004) at client centers.
• Periodic visits to workplaces for service quality control.
• Management and loyalty building of the relationship with the delegation's clients; attention and resolution of incidents.
• Preparation and monitoring of the delegation budget; control of personnel costs, materials, and subcontracting.
• Collaboration in the preparation of offers and in the acquisition of new contracts in the province.
• Periodic reporting to Management of management indicators (KPIs), relevant incidents, and improvement proposals.
• Coordination with central departments (Administration, HR, Purchasing) for the correct functioning of the delegation.

• Ensure the correct provision of contracted services in all centers within the delegation.
• Guarantee compliance with labor regulations, occupational risk prevention, and the applicable collective agreement.
• Manage the delegation team (middle management, supervisors, and operational staff).
• Control the economic results of the delegation: costs, hours, absenteeism, and budget deviations.
• Maintain and build loyalty within the client portfolio, and contribute to commercial growth in the area.
• Report reliable and timely information to Management regarding the progress of the delegation.
