The role
As a Project Quality Engineer - Customer Liaison, you will serve as the key point of contact between customers and internal teams for quality-related matters. You will lead investigations of customer complaints, drive effective corrective and preventive actions, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of quality issues. This role supports the Electronics Campus in Valls and works closely with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and supplier teams.
What you'll do
Lead cross-functional teams to investigate customer complaints and drive effective containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
Reproduce and analyze customer-reported issues to identify root causes and define sustainable solutions.
Coordinate investigations with internal experts, external laboratories, and suppliers when required.
Ensure containment actions are implemented quickly to protect customers and business operations.
Prepare, review, and present Failure Analysis Reports and 8D reports to customers.
Act as the primary quality liaison between customers and internal manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.
Support customer visits, audits, and technical discussions related to quality concerns.
Monitor the progress of corrective action plans and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, process effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Lead task forces and escalation activities for critical customer issues and high-impact quality incidents.
