The role
As part of the manufacturing engineering team, you will lead the industrialization of new products and production lines within a fast-paced automotive electronics environment. You will help ensure high-quality, efficient, and innovative manufacturing processes that support successful product launches and continuous operational improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead the industrialization of new product launches and ensure successful production ramp-up.
- Plan, design, and implement new production lines to meet quality, capacity, and efficiency targets.
- Coordinate project industrialization activities and ensure achievement of defined milestones.
- Identify and introduce new manufacturing technologies that improve production performance.
- Support Factory 4.0 initiatives through the execution of automation and innovation projects.
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to meet customer, quality, and business requirements.
- Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process readiness, equipment reliability, and launch success.
