What you'll do

The Store Customer Relations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the best customer experience before, during, and after their visit to the store, in payment and through the various existing communication channels, by knowing and making available a complete offering of high-level personalized services defined by Store Management.

They know the details of each service and promote their use, with objectives to be met established from the action plan by the Customer Relations Leader (CRL). They maintain continuous contact with the customer, which allows them to identify areas for improvement.

With the CRL, they propose action plans to the rest of the store. They are responsible for planning and organizing the day-to-day activities of the Customer Relations team based on the needs of the store's operations and customer flow. They are responsible for promoting the various in-store payment services, facilitating customer autonomy, taking into account the company-wide strategy, as well as ensuring agile customer payment processing.

  • Coordinates their team to ensure an excellent welcome for customers at the store entrance through initial contact, guaranteeing an outstanding customer experience.
