What we're looking for

You have native-level proficiency in written and spoken German.
You possess good English skills.
You have successfully completed your training or studies and have already gained professional experience in an office environment.
You possess a passion for customer communication, combined with persuasiveness and perseverance.
You bring confident PC skills and the necessary service-oriented mindset.
You already possess a NIE (tax number) and NAF (social security number) and have a permanent residence in Spain, excluding Tenerife and Gran Canaria.

The role

As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner on behalf of our customers. Following this, you will create a call note, summarizing the essential information and forwarding it to the appropriate customers. Our friendly and supportive team is looking forward to meeting you!

Technical requirements for remote work

High-speed internet connection (Fiber optic only: “Fibra Optica”)
Minimum download speed of 25 Mbit/s and upload speed of 5 Mbit/s
Direct LAN connection of the computer to the network router
A lockable, separate room where you can work undisturbed
