What you'll do

As Facilities Manager, you will guarantee optimal levels in the execution and outcome of the renovations and installations that customers contract in-store. You will ensure on-site presence, through the figure of the project coordinators, to ensure that the result meets customer expectations and that incidents are resolved in the shortest possible time, with the best outcome.

You will be directly responsible for developing sales figures in renovations and complex projects, and you will guarantee support to the retail team in selling installation services. In the B2C sphere, you will carry out monitoring and follow-up of installation-related indicators on both a qualitative and quantitative level. In the B2B sphere, you must be familiar with the different business lines that Leroy Merlin develops. You are the guarantor of providing support and technical assistance to develop B2B business lines.

Identify business opportunities in all interactions with the customer.
