What you'll do

As the Head of the Professional Department, you will lead a team of commercial advisors, ensuring excellent service to professional customers (renovations, construction, building work…). You will report directly to the Store Leader and work closely with the Management Committee.

Your main responsibilities:

- Manage and develop the portfolio of professional customers

- Identify and attract new customers both inside and outside the store.

- Understand the market and local competition, spotting needs and opportunities.

- Coordinate the entire sales process: from order receipt to delivery.

- Motivate, organize, and train your team to achieve commercial targets.

- Communicate and implement the company's commercial policy.
