At Verdecora, we are looking to hire a Sector Leader with a commercial orientation, leadership capacity, and business vision, who will take on the integral management of their sector, driving commercial results, team development, and the satisfaction of our customers.

Reporting to the Store Leader, your main responsibilities will be:

• Commercial management and customer experience: Guarantee excellent customer service, drive professional and complementary sales, and develop commercial actions that contribute to the growth of the sector.
• Leadership and team development: Lead, motivate, and support the Commercial Leaders and their teams, setting objectives, monitoring their performance, and enhancing their professional development.
• Organization and people management: Plan and organize the sector's human resources, ensuring adequate coverage, versatility, and team organization. Participate in selection, onboarding, and evaluation processes.
• Product management and commercial activity: Ensure correct product implementation and presentation, stock availability, replenishment, and the execution of commercial campaigns and promotions.
• Economic management and results: Define and monitor sector objectives, analyzing sales, margin, stock, productivity, and profitability indicators, and implementing action plans to improve results.
