The role

We're looking for anOperations & Marketing Intern. You'll dig into data, work with AI and automation, and get hands-on keeping the marketplace running, with support on Marketing (social, content, events, analytics). To be clear on scope: this isn't a strategy or people-management role, and we don't expect experience. You'll have the team's support throughout, but we're looking for someone who's genuinely eager to learn, soaks it up fast, and turns it into results.

What you'll do

  • Analyze data:dig into marketplace data (shifts, coverage, fill rate) and turn it into clear actions.

  • Work with AI and automation:use AI and automation tools to take manual, repetitive work off the team's plate.

  • Get hands-on:support the day-to-day that keeps the marketplace running.

  • Run social media:help plan, create, schedule and publish content, and keep our community engaged.

  • Track performance:monitor how content and campaigns perform and turn metrics and analytics into next steps.

  • Make events happen:support events end to end, from logistics and materials to promotion and on-the-day execution.

What We're Looking For

You're at the start of your career and/or in university and excited to learn by doing. No ops or marketing experience needed; drive is.

  • Driven and proactive:you take initiative and want to learn.

  • Analytical:comfortable with data and spreadsheets.

  • Receptive and quick to learn:you pick up new tools, including AI and automation, fast and put them to work.

  • Hands-on, organized and reliable.

  • Fluent Spanish and English.
