The role

We are looking to hire a Senior Backend Developer Java with solid experience in microservices architectures to participate in a technological project within the insurance sector.

You will work mainly with Java and Spring Boot in an environment based on microservices, events, and technologies such as Kafka and MongoDB.

What you'll do

Development of technical solutions and implementation alternatives.
Participation in architecture decisions.
Feasibility analysis and effort estimation.
Development of User Stories using Jira.
Elaboration of concepts and technical solutions.
Implementation of requirements.
Technical documentation of changes.
Development of backend services and microservices.
Working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

How you'll work

The position has a hybrid model in Barcelona, with office attendance 1-2 days per week and the rest remote.
