The role

At Logicalis Spain we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer profile to drive a new Smart Development unit, focused on accelerating the creation of digital solutions through Artificial Intelligence. Our philosophy is clear: we seek people capable of understanding a problem, simplifying it, designing the simplest possible solution, and building it from start to finish using AI as an accelerator.

The Data & AI team at Logicalis works with national and international clients, carrying out major projects in data engineering, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics, data strategy, governance, integration, and architecture, covering the entire data lifecycle.

What you'll do

Work directly with users and business areas to understand their needs and processes.
Translate business requirements into viable technological solutions.
Design and develop functional prototypes quickly using generative AI.
Iterate continuously with the business to evolve solutions and maximize the value provided.
Participate in the entire product cycle: discovery, analysis, design, development, and production deployment.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Codex, GitHub Copilot...
Experience in development languages such as Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, React, FastAPI / Django / Flask, REST APIs..., as well as in relational databases.
Experience in AI Assisted Development and AI-accelerated development.
Experience in Agents, LLMs, RAGs, Vector Databases, automatic code generation, prompting, context-guided development... is highly valued.
Ability to understand business processes and maintain direct communication with users, with a curiosity to understand the business.
Autonomous, decisive profile oriented towards results.
