What you'll do

Quality and Environment 

  • Solid knowledge in carbon footprint calculation and management.
  • Experience in applying GHG Protocol standards (Corporate Standard and Scope 3). 
  • Knowledge of the ISO 14083 standard for quantifying and reporting greenhouse gas emissions in transport and logistics activities. 
  • Experience in preparing emissions inventories, defining emission factors and analyzing environmental data. 
  • Experience in decarbonization projects, climate transition plans and ESG reporting (CSRD, ESRS, SBTi, CDP, etc.) is a plus. 
  • Support the implementation, maintenance and improvement of Quality and Environment Management Systems, especially under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. 
  • Prepare and provide support for internal and external audits, as well as for monitoring the resulting action plans. 
  • Monitor environmental legal compliance, manage waste and promote good environmental practices. 
  • Handle carbon footprint reporting. 
  • Coordinate the maintenance of certifications linked to the activity, such as GDP, IFS, Lean & Green, among others. 
  • Collaborate on training and awareness-raising actions in quality, environment and sustainability.

Continuous improvement and processes 

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at process optimization, operational efficiency, service quality and cost reduction.
  •  Support process analysis, collaborate in identifying improvement opportunities, document and define actions to be implemented. 
  • Collaborate in the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and the use of KPI indicators. 
  • Monitor performance indicators and support the preparation of related reports.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in similar Quality, Environment and/or Continuous Improvement positions in industrial, logistics or service environments.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
  • Knowledge and experience in carbon footprint reporting in accordance with GHG, ISO 14064 and UNE-EN 16258; EINF audit methodology 
  • Experience in using non-financial data compilation tools, consolidation and KPI calculation 
  • Experience in designing and deploying emissions reduction plans. 
  • Project management experience 
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations. 
  • Experience in data analytics.

Nice to have

  • Experience in continuous improvement projects or process analysis is a plus. 

Knowledge of the activities and processes of Distribution companies. Logistics, Transport and/or Industrial & Training in project management methodology.

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering or similar university degrees.

Desirable education: Master's degree or postgraduate university qualification in the area of Quality, Environment, Sustainability and/or Continuous Improvement CSR - Sustainability.

Languages: Written and spoken English B2. French and/or Italian is a plus.
