The role

What you'll do

Develop C&B strategies, policies and procedures ensure their successful implementation, providing counsel and support in several countries/projects to all Logista's HR teams around Europe: Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Poland.
Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization. The scope of the role covers the Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, job mapping review, etc.
International mobility process coordination
Executive remuneration
Internal equity and external competitiveness reports.
Manage effective communications and relationships with internal clients on a global level: HR Business Partners, Line Managers, Directors, and CHRO.
Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company.
Follow up Center of Excellence metrics and analytics.
